Shipping
UK postage is capped at £3.95 an order, however many items you buy. Postage to Northern Ireland is £7.95 an order. Orders are despatched within 24 hours, and UK delivery usually takes 3 working days.
We post overseas too, but the cost depends on the size of the parcel and where it is going. To the USA, for example, a small item can cost around £12, a single club £25 and a set £60, and a very long club we sent recently cost £138. So if you are outside the UK, please contact us or call 07880 706308 before you buy, and we will tell you the postage.
EU customs can seriously delay delivery. If you’re buying from outside the UK and your parcel is returned to us because you failed to pay duty or failed to respond to a request to pay duty, the postage will not be refunded, as we have paid it in good faith.

Changed your mind? If you buy from us online, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, whether the item is new or used. Email sales@newandusedgolfclubs.co.uk or call 07880 706308 to tell us, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We refund what you paid, including the standard postage, within 14 days of getting it back. The cost of sending it back is yours.
Please send it back in the condition it arrived. If a club has been played with, or a new item has been used, we may take its loss in value off the refund.
